CRA (Clinical Research Associate)

To a fast-growing digital health startup, on the journey to launch the first Hybrid Drug. Our team includes leading scientists, physicians, designers, technologists and business leaders. We have offices in Ramat Gan, New York, and London. We are looking for an experienced CRA for a full-time position to establish the infrastructure for a Phase 3 clinical trial, including submissions, site initiation, monitoring, and ongoing management of trial sites in Israel. Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences or paramedical professions (e.g., nursing, pharmacy, clinical dietetics, etc.).
2-3 years of experience in clinical research within pharmaceutical/medical device companies or CROs.
Strong understanding of clinical trial management at researchsites, including monitoring, investigational drug handling, and data management.
In-depth knowledge of clinical trial regulations in Israel and ICH-GCP guidelines.
Willingness to travel to trial sites across the country.
Experience with Phase III trials – an advantage.
Knowledge/experience in Parkinson’s disease – an advantage.
Experience working in startups – an advantage.
Experience with remote monitoring/participation in hybrid trials– an advantage.
Native or very high-level English proficiency with excellent writing and communication skills.
